MGH Internal medicine consult services work with PM &R provider to achieve the best outcome for physical debilitative patient. We are dedicated to helping patients find their way back from all types of injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions. We provide care for the most challenging and medically complex patients, including those with traumatic brain injury, traumatic spinal cord injury and patients requiring ventilation. 

MGH Attending physician and Mid- level provider plays a key role to short term skill nursing facility. We provide integrated post-acute health care, accountable care, services, and technology that reduce rehospitalizations, generate quality clinical outcomes and customer service, we help the facility to develop industry-leading programs and capabilities and growing relationships with strategic partners.

MGH staff visit nursing home residents in a timely fashion, based on a joint physician-facility-developed protocol, consistent with applicable state and federal regulations, depending on the patient’s medical condition.
